Instructions: Create Guest List & Seating Plan

1. Add Guests to Guest List

Enter the First Name and Last Name of a guest in the top area and click on "Add Guest". The guest then appears in the guest list on the left side.

2. Create Tables

Create new tables via "Add Table". The number of seats per table is determined via "Standard Seats/Table" and applies automatically to all newly created tables.

3. Create Seating Plan (Drag & Drop)

Drag guests from the guest list onto the desired tables using Drag & Drop. If a table is full, no further guests can be added.

4. Arrange Tables Freely

You can arrange each table freely in the room. To do this, click on the upper area of the table and move it to the desired position.

5. Delete Table

A table can be deleted at any time via the trash can symbol 🗑. All guests of this table automatically return to the guest list.

6. Export Seating Plan as PDF

Via "PDF Export", the complete seating plan is saved as an image. The PDF contains exactly the arrangement you see on the screen.

7. Reset Everything

With the "Reset" button, the complete guest list and seating plan are reset.
